Customers reserve the right to refuse the use of anonymous samples by informing CV Writers.

The Customer will indemnify and hold CV Writers + ITCV Writers, its directors, contractors and employees free and harmless from any obligations, costs, claims, judgements, or legal fees arising from, growing out of, or in any way connected with the services rendered to the Customer under the terms of this agreement, including in the event of services being cancelled or delayed.

Where liability cannot be excluded, any liability incurred by CV Writers + ITCV Writers in relation to the use of this website or the products or the services provided by CV Writers + ITCV Writers is limited as provided under s 68A of the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cth).
