This Agreement is governed by and in accordance with the laws of Australia, and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia. Any legal matters arising will commence and conclude within the jurisdiction of the QLD Courts.
By using CV Writers, the website and/or the services you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms and conditions, do not use this website or any of CV Writers’ services.
Acknowledgment
You acknowledge that any report or document provided by CV Writers is based solely on information provided by you and that we cannot warrant the accuracy or truthfulness of your response.

CV Writers reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of this Agreement in whole or in part, at any time. Changes in this Agreement will be effective when notice of such change is posted. Your continued use of the site after any changes to this Agreement are posted will be considered as acceptance of those changes.
Copyright and trademark information
CV Writers reserves all rights in the content and design of this site, CV designs, organisational documents and material. Unless permitted in writing by CV Writers, you may not reproduce, use or copy any content on this site including names, logos and any other material licensed to CV Writers. You may not use commercially any information, products or services on this website, and you may not cause any of the material on this website to be framed or embedded into another website without written permission from CV Writers.
You may not modify, adapt or create derivative works based on or contained in our services or any associated written material accompanying or produced by us. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble our services or any associated written material accompanying or produced by it. Without limitation, this restriction shall apply in respect of the questionnaire and reports generated on this website.
Warranties
CV Writers makes no representations, guarantees or warranties, express or implied, with respect to our services, its medium, any written material accompanying it, or produced by it, its use, suitability, reliability, accuracy, performance or results, its merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.
Virus protection
CV Writers makes every effort to check and test material at all stages of production. It is always wise for users to run an anti-virus program on all material downloaded from the Internet. CV Writers cannot accept any responsibility for any loss, disruption or damage to your data or your computer system which may occur whilst using material from this site. You will assume all responsibility in providing a correct and acceptable email address for receipt of all information sent via email to you.
Payments
All transactions are processed in Australian dollars.
CV Writing Service Refunds
All cancellations should be made via email to info@cvwriters.com.au. If the CV writing service is cancelled within 24 hours of ordering, we offer a full refund (less any credit card, ZipPay or AfterPay fees plus a 5% administration fee). If you are not satisfied with the result, we offer unlimited revisions on all CV writing services until you are confident to start using it to apply for jobs. Once you start using the CV to apply for new positions, new editions with job updates etc are available for a fraction of the price.
Interview Guarantee
We are dedicated to your success and confident you will be offered an interview within 90-days. In the event you are not offered an interview, we offer a free CV review and career counselling session to analyse any feedback provided by recruitment advisors.

While CV Writers staff would love to be able to guarantee you a job, we can’t. What we CAN guarantee you is that you’ll get a much better CV than the one you’re working with now, and we can guarantee you that we’ll do everything we can within our power to go over and beyond to exceed your expectations.
